What's the maximum number of people who can record in each set?
Each set comfortably fits up to four on-camera guests. That cap keeps framing, lighting, and audio at our standard — beyond that, we'll point you toward the Event Space instead.
Where do I park and how do I get in?
Address and access details, including parking, go out with your booking confirmation. Arrive 10–15 minutes early and our team will meet you at the door.
What equipment is in the studio?
Cinema cameras, broadcast-grade condenser microphones, and full LED lighting kits (key, fill, hair, and accent) on every set. Add-ons include a teleprompter, extra mics and cameras, live streaming, and post-production.
How will I receive my files?
Every session ships in 4K with high-res and backup audio, delivered by link within 24 hours. Bring an SSD if you want same-day transfer.
Can I arrive early for my booking?
You're welcome to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. If the guest before you is still recording, please wait in reception — our team will greet you and guide you in.
Can I extend my booking while I'm here?
Yes, if the schedule allows. Extra time is billed same-day and can be paid on the spot.
What's your cancellation policy?
More than 48 hours' notice gets a full refund or studio credit. 24–48 hours is a 50% refund. Inside 24 hours, sessions are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours' notice.
How many people can I bring with me?
Up to four on-camera guests, with two included at no charge — additional on-camera guests are $100 each. You can also bring team members to wait in reception; the recording space itself needs to stay quiet.
Do you offer remote/mobile podcast services?
Yes — the full kit, cameras, audio, and lighting, travels anywhere in Northeast Florida. Reach out for a custom quote based on distance and shoot length.
Can I record with a remote guest?
Absolutely — every set is equipped for remote-recording platforms. Just make sure your account is upgraded to capture 4K before your session; our team handles the rest.
What kind of sets do you offer?
